If the incubation process of the project has yielded the expected results, the initiators of the project and Sopartec will have to make a decision about setting up a company. Sopartec will provide support in finding public and private financing, the legal and financial aspects of incorporating the company and the formation of management structures.

The terms and conditions for transferring the results of research carried out at the University to the spin-off company will be negotiated between the founders of the company and Sopartec/ADRE.

Sopartec will apply the regulations of good governance and management of a university spin-off company proposed by the Commission de valorisation des résultats de recherche (COVA) and approved by the Academic Council of 3 October 2005.
