Mélanie has worked at Sopartec since December 2008. After an internship at a renowned intellectual property firm, she worked for various banks in which she mainly handled the administrative records management of both individuals and companies.
Always in search of knowledge, Mélanie continued her training through various certificates in Law (IEEPI) and administrative management of Intellectual Property (ULB).
Mélanie is a Company Lawyer (www.ije.be) and is member of LES Benelux
Mélanie Lecomte plays a key role at Sopartec as Senior Legal Counsel. She supports each project with an approach that is both rigorous and accessible, ensuring that all legal aspects are clear and secure for every partner. Her work spans a wide range of responsibilities, from confidentiality agreements to material transfer agreements, as well as licenses and the management of intellectual property rights. Mélanie is also in charge of the corporate side of Sopartec’s activities.
